Associate Professor, Long Island University--Brooklyn;
MBA in Marketing and International Business, Stern School of Business, New York University; BS with honors in Political Science, University of Wisconsin--Madison.
I have been teaching marketing and management courses at Long Island University since 1991, when I started as a full-time instructor at the Southampton Campus. I have been at the Brooklyn Campus since 2002. In addition to my academic career, I have had extensive experience in marketing communications as a senior executive of leading New York corporations and advertising/public relations agencies, including positions as a Vice President of the Beverage Group of Nabisco Brands and Vice President and Account Supervisor of Bozell, Inc. (advertising and public relations agency).
In October 2008, I was honored to be inducted in the national freshman honor society, Alpha Lambda Delta at the LIU-Brooklyn chapter. According to a letter from the society, "Each year we invite faculty and/or administrators who have challenged, moved or made an impact on students, especially freshmen, in some important way to become honorary members."
